The struggling economy has caused many businesses to decrease their holiday gift-giving budget. This year, rather than giving gifts to associates and business partners, the IBOAI chose to redirect these funds and gave a generous donation to the U.S. Dream Academy on behalf of all of their friends and associates.

“We are thankful for a wonderful year and are happy to provide a dream to children so that they may feel the peace and joy of the holidays,” said Connie Altschwager, executive director.

“This donation means a lot to us as it represents personal sacrifice on behalf of many of the IBOAI partners to support a dream for a child in need. This demonstrates the spirit of Christmas in a very meaningful way,” said C. Diane Wallace Booker, Executive Director, U.S. Dream Academy.

IBOAI (Independent Business Owners Association International), partner since 2004, is a trade association representing hundreds of thousands of Independent Business Owners powered by Amway Global across North America and parts of the Caribbean.
