Join the Dream | Submitting Your DreamMentor Application

Now that you are ready to become a DreamMentor, the next step is to fill out the online form below and then complete a detailed application, which can be downloaded here as a PDF. At the U.S. Dream Academy, we place a high priority on the safety of our mentors and mentees, a commitment that calls for very careful screening and matching of mentors and mentees. We will ask you to complete the Mentor Application, provide the names of three character references, and consent to an FBI fingerprint background check.

Once your application is submitted, we will also arrange for you to attend our four-hour training session, where we will introduce you to our program and link you to resources to make you an effective mentor. While we cannot match you with your future mentee until the process is complete, you are welcome to come to the Learning Center and volunteer in other ways. We are excited about your desire to effect significant change in the life of a child. We are confident that this experience may change you just as much!
